Powered by BetOnSoft software, Wizbet has a different look for a lot of other casinos we have seen out there. Similar in its interface to its sister casinos like Grand Eagle, WizBet Casino provides an intuitive menu that shares the features of each particular game without having to launch into it.

Games are plentiful and provide enough variety to keep players entertained for an extended period of time. Everything from video slots to keno is found at Wizbet, as are a staple of table games and video poker selections that have multiple varieties. Every game that we played operated smoothly, with no hanging reels, glitchy animations or server drops.

Banking and Customer Support

Just like the other casinos in the Genesys Group, Wizbet's banking options are decent, but nothing really all that special. Although the casino advertises MasterCard deposits, we were unable to make a deposit that way through the cashier system, but options such as Visa, Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill, and Giro Pay were available for moving funds back and forth. Deposits were credited instantly, but the withdrawals are rather less so. Withdrawals are processed on Monday and Thursdays only, and all withdrawals are subject to a 48 hour hold period after being submitted. Suffice to say, you can expect to wait at least a couple of days before receiving your money at this casino.

One thing we were disappointed with was the casino's promotions. The only promo that we were offered was a first time deposit bonus of 100%. With so many other casinos out there offering a variety of no-deposit bonuses or other promos, we really would have enjoyed seeing a different casino such as Wizbet offer more.

Customer service was great at Wizbet, just as it has been at all of its sister casinos. Support can be reached through telephone, email, or instant messaging. Although all are supposed to be quick, we opted for instant messaging to test the system. Inquiring about the lack of bonuses, we had our question answered quickly with a helpful response that was met with a good demeanor. We were very pleased speaking with the CS Rep and were back on our way playing games within just a few minutes.
