Casino Craps Rules

The 'Come out Roll' refers to the opening roll in a round of craps. The point is established only if the dice totals 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10. A come out roll worth 2, 3, 7, 11 or 12 terminates the round immediately. Once the point has been determined, an ‘ON’ puck will be positioned on the point. The dice will then continue to be rolled until a player either matches the point or rolls a 7.

Pass Line Bets

The 'Pass Line Bet' needs to be positioned on the Pass Line prior to the come out roll. The round is won instantly if you roll a 7 or 11. The round is lost instantly if you roll a 2, 3 or 12 – also known as 'Craps'. If you roll any other value (i.e. 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10) then the point is established. To win the pass line bet, you need to roll the point before you roll a 7. If you roll a 7 before you succeed in rolling the point, you lose. Pass line bets pay even money (1:1) on a win.

Don't Pass Line Bets

The 'Don’t Pass Line Bet' is reverse of a pass line bet and needs to be positioned on the 'Don’t Pass Bar' prior to the come out roll. You win the round if a 7 is rolled before the point. You can also win by rolling craps (i.e. 2 or 3) or on any other attempt with a total of 7. Your don’t pass line bet will be restored to you is a push should the come out roll total 12. You lose if the dice totals 7 or 11 on the come out roll or if the point is rolled on any other round. Don’t pass line bets pay even money (1:1) on a win.

Establish a 'Come Bet' by placing your chips in the box marked 'Come'. If the next roll totals 7 or 11, you win even money instantly. The come bet is subsequently repositioned from the ‘COME BAR’ to the box displaying the come point. You win if the come point is rolled before a 7. You lose if a 7 is rolled before the come point. Come bets pay even money (1:1) on a win.
